Train & Place Program
This Train & Place initiative is to source and provide employment opportunities for Malaysians especially for SKM 2 Graduates, Vocational & Technical Diploma Graduates & Students going for Industrial internships with non-aerospace technical certification and retrenched workers. The program is an accredited Skim Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) program and is required by employers of the aerospace industry. The scholars will be trained to effectively deliver their job by using the existing workplace tools, machines, documents, equipment and other related skills within the job scope.

Program Outline
The program is a hands-on method of imparting/training/teaching of skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employees to perform a specific job within the workplace. Scholars learn in an environment where they will need to practice the knowledge and skills obtained during their training. The program is engineered towards specific skills so the scholars can improve productivity, build confidence and industry ready.
The program is accredited by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and in the conclusion of the program, the scholars will receive a Micro Credential Competency Unit endorsed by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and Career placement with CTRM Aero Composites Sdn. Bhd. as a Technician.
Program Duration:
4 months
Entry Requirements:
- BUMIPUTERA status (Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah dan Sarawak)
- Aged between 18 to 24 years old
- Currently unemployed
- Passed Medical Examination
- Good eyesight and not color blind
- BMI between 18-25kg/m2
- Healthy and no critical illness
- Completed 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
- Has never attended any special sponsorship program similar to this program

RM1,500 per month allowance for the duration of the program

JOB PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY
AFTER GRADUATION
Starting salary offered RM1,580 to RM2,200 per month base on qualifications.
Not inclusive of other allowances and overtime.
Each company will differ in terms of basic salary and allowances
