Place & Train Program
This Place & Train initiative is to source and provide employment opportunities for Malaysians especially for SPM leavers, SKM 2 Graduates and Vocational & Technical Diploma Graduates with non-aerospace technical certification and retrenched workers. The program is an accredited Skim Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) program and is required by employers of the aerospace industry. The scholars will be trained to effectively deliver their job by using the existing workplace tools, machines, documents, equipment and other related skills within the job scope.

Program Outline
The program is a hands-on method of imparting/training/teaching of skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employees to perform a specific job within the workplace. Scholars learn in an environment where they will need to practice the knowledge and skills obtained during their training. The program is engineered towards specific skills so the scholars can improve productivity, build confidence and industry ready.
The program is accredited by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and in the conclusion of the program, the scholars will receive a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 2 endorsed by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and Career placement with CTRM Aero Composites Sdn. Bhd. as a Technician.
Program Duration:
8 months
Entry Requirements:
- BUMIPUTERA status (Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah dan Sarawak)
- Aged between 18 to 23 years old
- Interested to work in the Aerospace Industry
- Passed Medical Examination
- Good eyesight and not color blind
- BMI between 18-25kg/m2
- Healthy and no critical illness
- Completed 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
- Qualification of SPM or SKM 2 or Diploma in any technical field

Participants will be awarded with a AIRCRAFT COMPONENT ASSEMBLY SIJIL KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA LEVEL 2
Short learning duration –
ONLY 8 MONTHS
Industrial Training at CTRM AERO COMPOSITES SDN BHD
Allowance of RM500 PER MONTH throughout the course duration (subject to sponsorship).

Starting salary offered RM1,580 to RM1,750 per month
based on qualifications
Not inclusive of:
- Attendance allowance RM100
- Shift Allowance RM110
- Responsibility Allowance RM60
- Food Allowance RM80
- Overtime (OT) Allowance
